Ecosystem Overview

Implementation Tier

Lean development sprints to build prototypes, MVPs, and software components designed for ownership.

Implementation Tier

The Implementation Tier delivers working software through short, focused development sprints.
It is designed for founders who want to build only what matters—removing overhead, unnecessary complexity, and long-term technical debt.

What the Implementation Tier is for

Choose this tier when you need a concrete deliverable that is ownership-ready:

  • Prototype
  • MVP
  • SaaS module or internal tool
  • Feature extension for an existing product

Every sprint follows the scale by subtraction principle. We agree on a clear scope that solves the problem without adding future maintenance burdens.

How an implementation sprint works

A sprint follows a simple structure:

Preparation

We define the goals and identify the waste. We agree on a scope that fits a single sprint and focuses purely on the core leverage.

Build

I design and build the deliverable using a lean, ownership-driven approach. Code is written to be maintained easily—because it has fewer moving parts to break.

Delivery

You receive:

  • A working and deployed version of the deliverable
  • A private repository with clean and documented code
  • A delivery report
  • Optional recommendations for the next step

A sprint creates progress you can actually use, not just discuss.

When to choose this tier

Select the Implementation Tier when you:

  • Need a working product within a predictable timeframe
  • Want to test an idea quickly
  • Prefer a small, self contained sprint instead of a large project
  • Already validated your direction and now need execution

If you require continuous support or ongoing feature development, move to the Partnership Tier.
