Software built for people who want ownership
I build MicroSaaS tools for experienced professionals who are used to efficiency, structure, and responsibility, but want those qualities to work for themselves, not for an employer.
These tools are not platforms.
They are not ecosystems.
They are not built to lock you in.
Each tool exists to solve a single, concrete problem that shows up when you start building independence on the side.
Why these tools exist
Most software is built for teams, managers, and procurement departments.
If you are working alone or in a very small setup, that creates friction:
- Too many features
- Too much configuration
- Too much cost
- Too much distraction from the actual work
When you are building independence, friction is risk.
My approach is simple: one tool, one job, immediate usefulness.
You should understand what the tool does in minutes, not weeks. You should stay in control of your data, your workflow, and your decisions.
Beamer’s MicroSaaS Tools
MarginPulse
margin visibility before it's too late
The Problem
Agencies and service businesses often realise a project is losing money only after delivery, when nothing can be changed. By then, margin is gone and lessons are expensive.
What It Does
MarginPulse monitors project data and gives early warnings when profitability is drifting off course, while there is still time to act. It exists to protect cash flow, confidence, and control.
Reach
sales follow-ups without overthinking
The Problem
Experienced professionals know their value but struggle to express it clearly in sales conversations. Corporate language does not translate well. Generic templates sound fake. Overthinking kills momentum.
What It Does
Reach helps you write clear, confident follow-up emails that sound like you, not like a template library. It reduces the friction between knowing your value and communicating it.
How I decide what to build
I do not chase ideas or trends.
Every MicroSaaS tool is built because:
- I have seen the problem repeatedly
- The problem appears early in the entrepreneur’s journey
- Existing tools are bloated, overpriced, or misaligned
- A simpler solution meaningfully reduces cost and risk
Each tool is designed to stay small on purpose. Expansion only happens if it preserves clarity and ownership.
What to expect going forward
I will continue to build MicroSaaS tools that:
- Solve one problem exceptionally well
- Are affordable to test without pressure
- Respect your independence and data
- Help you compound progress instead of burning energy
If a tool does not help you move closer to ownership, I am not interested in building it.
MicroSaaS is one part of the Beamer ecosystem. It works alongside Break Free Now and Beamer Consulting to support different stages of the same journey.
Just Keep It Simple.
